Privacy policy:

We provide multiple email newsletter services, including sex education newsletter, sleep science newsletter, and mental health newsletter.

If you subscribe to our newsletters, we add your name and email address to our newsletter mailing list.

You will receive one newsletter monthly or less frequently than that. If you have selected to receive one or more of our special interest newsletters, you will receive an extra monthly email for each.

Every newsletter contains a quick and easy unsubscribe link in its footer.

When you unsubscribe from a newsletter, your details remain on the list of past recipients. This is a measure to prevent circumstances such as a member of staff accidentally manually re-adding you.

However, provided you are still a subscriber at the point when you contact us, on request your details can be permanently removed from our newsletter list. Please email us if you would like this to happen.

Appointments:

In-office visits and telehealth visits are both available by appointment only. The link for the telehealth sessions will be sent to you 48 hours and 10 minutes before your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all appointments, if you cannot attend, please cancel them at least 48 hours before the session starts time. Failing to do so may result in a late-cancellation fee which is the amount of the full-service.

Emergency policy:

If there is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We cannot guarantee to return your call on time during emergency situations.
