We are a group of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. We aim to provide high-quality mental health services to the communities, in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We have great passion in helping you to reduce mental health stigma and improve mental health awareness.

• English podcast about sleep and health: Deep into Sleep Podcast. I interview sleep doctors, sleep specialists, nutritionists, psychologists, researchers, from all over the world, to share their knowledge of sleep and health.

• Chinese Podcast and YouTube channel about sex health: 一三蜜桃说 Dr. Yishan. I want to help Asians all over the world to reduce sex-related stigma and improve sex quality of life.

• Chinese podcast and YouTube about mental health: 一三说（Ask Dr. Yishan）. I interview others from different backgrounds to share their knowledge and wisdom about life, psychology, mental health, health, and more.
