Dr. Sarah Burton is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive therapy and assessment experience, who specializes in working with children, adolescents and their families. At Mind Body Garden Psychology, INC Dr. Burton conducts evaluations when there are concerns of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Learning Difficulties, Intellectual Delays, Behavioral Concerns, and more.  Such assessments can help parents and children to understand their unique strengths and difficulties. If any specific concerns are identified, Dr. Burton aids parents in understanding their child’s skills and supports parents in how to best help their child based on their specific psychological profile.

What to expect: 

In a confidential and comfortable environment, children and their families participate in a thorough interview process to assess and evaluate the nature of the present concerns. A flexible testing battery (the instruments used for evaluation) is individualized for each child’s unique background and the goals of the assessment. At the conclusion of the evaluation, a feedback session is held with the parents and child to discuss the information gathered during testing, overall impressions, and recommendations going forward. A comprehensive written report is also provided for each family.

我们常见服务的大概收费标准请参考下表，首次会面后，价格可能会有所变动：

• 4岁以上儿童的智商测验 (IQ Test): $900

• 儿童的自闭症测试 ASD Autism evaluation: $3000

• 多动症ADHD诊断测试：$4500 (低价服务见下方)

• 复杂诊断测试或者多动症ADHD诊断结合其他测试：$5500

• 心理诊断判定（Diagnostic clarification）: $1500

• 完整复杂的学业测验 Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation: $5500

• 7岁以上儿童的完整复杂的神经心理测验 Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation: $6000

• IVF生殖相关测试：$800 - $4500

我们是out of network provider，对于大部分商业保险，我们不在保险网络内。您在我们这边会需要自己支付全部的服务费用，然后我们会提供服务的收据。您可以拿着收据去联系自己的保险公司，看是否可以报销一部分。对于我们这样在保险网络外部的咨询师，大部分保险公司都会报销50-80%左右的费用。您也可以提前询问自己的保险公司，了解一下这样的服务是否可以报销。
