I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT 150240) in California and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am dedicated to helping clients work through issues related to intimate relationships, origin family and trauma, major life transitions, depression, low self-worth, feelings of emptiness, shame and guilt, anxiety and fear, coping with uncertainty, stress, perfectionism, lack of motivation, and procrastination.

I use an integrative approach and have been trained in psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, as well as couples and family therapy.

The clients I work with include, but are not limited to: individuals seeking relief from emotional distress, immigrants and their descendants, high achievers, highly sensitive people, those who struggle to see their own worth, people-pleasers, individuals facing interpersonal or relationship difficulties, and members of the LGBTQIA community. I use evidence-based screenings to track progress and measure specific outcomes throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting you and beginning a journey of self-growth together.

Do you Accept insurance?

Yes!

Kaiser Permanente

Before scheduling psychotherapy or assessment/evaluation services with us, all clients need a verified external referral from Kaiser after their screening. Please contact your Kaiser clinic for processing. If you do not have the referral, Kaiser will not reimburse your fees. If you have an older referral, we advise you to call the clinic to confirm it is still valid.

Other Insurance/Self Pay

We are out-of-network providers for all other insurance companies. If you use our services, you will be expected to pay the full fee yourself. We offer you Superbill receipts for the service you receive from us, and you can submit them to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Most insurance companies may cover part of the fee (50-80% typically) for out-of-network providers like us.
