You may be carrying pain that is hard to explain, even to yourself. Maybe you have learned to cope, stay composed, or move through life on your own, but something inside still feels unresolved, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

I offer a grounded and compassionate space for adults who are navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions. My work is especially supportive for people who are ready to move beyond coping alone and begin a deeper process of healing, self-understanding, and change.

As an art therapist, I integrate creative exploration with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Art can offer another way into the parts of your experience that may feel difficult to access, organize, or put into words. You do not need to be “good at art” to benefit from art therapy. The process is not about making something perfect. It is about creating space for what needs to be seen, felt, and understood.

My approach is also shaped by my Korean cultural background and lived experience as an immigrant and international student. I bring sensitivity to the complexity of identity, belonging, family expectations, cultural transitions, and the many ways people learn to adapt in order to survive.

Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and paced with care. Together, we will build a steady and respectful therapeutic relationship where you can safely explore your inner world, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your capacity for self-compassion, authenticity, and growth.

I offer both in-person therapy and HIPAA-compliant telehealth, with private pay and sliding scale options available.
