“When someone really hears you without passing judgment on you, without trying to take responsibility for you, without trying to mold you, it feels damn good.”
— Carl Rogers
Hi! I’m Mallory and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome a range of mental health and relationship issues. I received my master’s degree in counseling from the University of Houston and her undergraduate degree from Earlham College in human development and social relations.
My goal for therapy is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel less alone. I use a collaborative approach to help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, regulate difficult emotions, manage stress, and build healthier relationships. I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and even humor into the therapy space. Together, we identify what matters most to you and use evidence-based approaches to build the tools and insight needed to support lasting change. While therapy can often begins with addressing painful experiences such as trauma, depression, or anxiety, I also see it as a space to uncover strengths, nurture resilience, and deepen self-understanding.
My work is to sit with clients as they navigate challenges that arise; I specialize in trauma, suicidal thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Attachment Theory; I like to use whatever tools might be most helpful.
I value authenticity, empathy, and curiosity, and I see therapy as a place where real growth and self-discovery can occur. If you’re seeking clarity about who you are, why you feel stuck, or what changes you want to make, I’m here to help you recognize patterns, set meaningful goals, and take active steps toward a more fulfilling life.

Kaiser Permanente
Before scheduling psychotherapy or assessment/evaluation services with us, all clients need a verified external referral from Kaiser after their screening. Please contact your Kaiser clinic for processing. If you do not have the referral, Kaiser will not reimburse your fees. If you have an older referral, we advise you to call the clinic to confirm it is still valid.
Other Insurance/Self Pay
We are out-of-network providers for all other insurance companies. If you use our services, you will be expected to pay the full fee yourself. We offer you Superbill receipts for the service you receive from us, and you can submit them to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Most insurance companies may cover part of the fee (50-80% typically) for out-of-network providers like us.
