Dr. Green is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience providing neuropsychological and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including university counseling centers, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. 

She is a mother of two and knows firsthand the challenges and complexities that come along with parenting. She helps clients gain self-understanding in order to overcome challenges. She values collaborative partnerships with parents and caregivers to help uncover the root of a child’s obstacles and customizes the assessment process to each individual’s unique needs.

Dr. Green approaches each client with curiosity, care, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space.

Dr. Green currently only provides psychological testing services.

What are the prices for the psychological assessment?

Here are estimations for some major assessment services, prices may vary after the initial screening, more testing and price options, along with sliding scale fee opportunities, are on our assessment department webpage:

• Intellectual assessment (IQ Test, age 4+ at the time of testing): $850 (sliding scale fee available)

• ASD Autism evaluation: $3000

• ADHD evaluation only: $4500

• ADHD evaluation with other additions: $5500

• Other neuropsychological testing is available

Do you accept insurance?

Clients with insurance from Kaiser Permanente require an external referral from Kaiser. Please contact your Kaiser clinic for processing. If you do not have the referral, Kaiser will not reimburse your fees. If you have an older referral, we advise you to call the clinic to confirm it is still valid.

Mind and Body Garden Psychology is not currently in-network with other insurance providers for assessment services. Payments are out-of-pocket to be paid directly to our clinic, but we can provide a superbill to help you with seeking reimbursement from insurance providers. If you intend to seek insurance reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider to clarify your insurance benefits/reimbursement for out-of-network services. Insurance companies may sometimes require that you seek pre-authorization.
